TThe Government of Jersey is seeking a qualified supplier to undertake the replacement of existing boilers serving the K & L wing cell block and the multi-purpose sports block at the prison. The scope of works includes: • Establishing a contractor’s compound within the secure area. • Supplying and installing two temporary packaged boilers. • Removing and disposing of three existing oil-fired boilers and associated equipment. • Installing two new boilers and flues in the existing plantroom. • Completing remedial works to MEP services in the sports block. • Commissioning and testing heating and hot water systems. • Removing temporary boilers after completion.
