Scope of Services: Cloud-based technical support and maintenance for multiple WordPress platforms Hosting, infrastructure management, and security compliance (including penetration testing and vulnerability management) Accessibility and performance monitoring Incident management and proactive infrastructure optimisation Ongoing technical support, maintenance, and development Implementation, onboarding, and knowledge transfer Training for user roles and provision of training materials Lot 1: This contract was awarded following a call-off under the G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14), Lot 3: Cloud Support. The contract is for “Digital Services Support and Maintenance” (Ref: NHS24/2025/882) and was awarded to Affinity Digital (Technology) Ltd. The contract covers support and maintenance, plus further development and improvement of a suite of websites for NHS 24. The services include responsibility for the support and maintenance of several key public-facing websites, including but not limited to NHSInform.scot, NHS24.scot, BreathingSpace.scot, CareInformationScotland.scot, FallsAssistant.org.uk, and TelecareSelfCheck.scot. The contract start date is 1 August 2025 and the expiry date is 31 July 2026, with an optional extension period of up to 6 months.
