Flooring Works Measured Term Contract 2025 – 2027

Tender description

To undertake reactive and planned flooring works as and when required. The works to be undertaken by the successful contractor include flooring work projects, including but not limited to, removing, renewing, replacing, repairing and maintenance of surface finishes of various East Renfrewshire Council Buildings including Education properties in a multi-trade environment in accordance with the priority schedule detailed in the contract document to enable emergency work to be carried out in compliance with the Contract Conditions. Mini competition via Scotland Excel framework 1821, Property Maintenance and Refurbishment, Lot 4 Flooring. Lot 1: To undertake reactive and planned flooring works as and when required.
