Tender description
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) requires the support of external consultant(s) to undertake a review of Ireland’s activities on Northern Ireland Lesson Sharing in support to the Colombian peace process leading to, and implementing, the Final Agreement to End the Armed Conflict and Build a Stable and Lasting Peace between the Colombian Government and FARC-EP of November 2016, as well as other relevant processes. This review will be led, compiled, and a final report and supplementary materials produced by the consultant(s) for the internal use of DFAT.
