Community Pharmacy SWL Stop Smoking Pilot

Tender description

This programme will seek to improve the knowledge and skills of staff working in Community Pharmacy to be able to support people who live, work, are registered with a GP or study in Merton to stop smoking; increase awareness of stop smoking services across Merton through an effective communication and engagement plan e.g. delivery of outreach sessions across Merton e.g. workplaces, community centres, shopping centres and other key settings such as the asylum seeker accommodation and Family Hubs and to design and deliver an intervention mix that increases the number of quit attempts and lead to an increase of successful stop smoking quits. The provider will work in partnership with other local stop smoking services and the local Stop Smoking Steering Group.
