Athenaeum Ballroom floor replacement and Re-Decoration of the Ballroom.

Tender description

This contract is for Athernaeum Ball Room. The seven chandeliers at the Athenaeum have been stripped and the parts assessed. Examination shows there are a large number of component parts which are damaged. As the hall is to be used for a function in early April, (and as there is insufficient time to source and/or manufacture the required replacement parts before the needed date) four complete chandeliers are being prepared using parts taken from the seven. This will allow the hall to be available, (on the required date) with four of the original chandeliers back in place. These will be installed into the four corners of the room. A fifth chandelier will loaned to the hall by Crystal Light and this will be fitted in the centre of the room. ## Contract award
