ESPO invites Tenders for a client specific framework for the hire of a range of general plant with operator. The Framework is divided into 7 lots: Lot 1. Wheeled Backhoe Loader, with operator Lot 2. Tracked Excavator (360°), with operator Lot 3. Wheeled Excavator (360° 'Rubber Duck'), with operator Lot 4. Road Sweeper, with operator Lot 5. Agricultural Tractor, with operator Lot 6. Hydraulic Breaker, with operator Lot 7.
