The Partner will be expected to deliver outcomes against four separate categories: Design, Technical Support, Testing and Data & Reporting. The Programme would benefit from being supported with the technical expertise needed to implement the ERP effectively. Functional Design expertise will support the Programme to successfully conclude the local design phases to finalise the design of the systems. Technical support will provide pivotal user research and product expertise, as well as a variety of architectural disciplines on all layers of the stack and expertise in environments and security, service management and technical issue resolution. Testing expertise will provide advice on and support the testing requirements of the solution for the Programme. Finally, Data & Reporting will assure and support the Programme’s data and reporting activities. Cross Government Synergy Digital Teams : As non-DWP Synergy Government stakeholder I require assurance that DWP are meeting the wider Synergy objectives and strategy DWP Third Party Suppliers/Stakeholder : As a DWP Third party supplier/stakeholder I may require an understanding of the impact of DWP Synergy activities Other Governmental Third Party Synergy Suppliers : As a wider governmental Synergy third party supplier I may need to understand the impact and progress of DWP Synergy activities
