Anchor intends to appoint one contractor who will be responsible for delivering the following refurbishment works at Oulton Manor Care Home. The contract will deliver the following Refurbishment Works to Oulton Manor Care Home. The successful bidder will be required to provide Refurbishment Works to Oulton Manor Only. The estimated spend over the maximum contract term is estimated to be between £500,000 and £600,000 including VAT . The contract is scheduled to commence March 2026. The contract will be let for a period of 12 months.
