Bolton Council is exploring the creation of an integrated wellness model designed to offer a single, accessible entry point for health and wellbeing support. This model will initially focus on behaviour-change interventions, including specialist stop smoking and weight management programmes initially via a newly commissioned integrated service. We are inviting expressions of interest from providers with proven experience in delivering community-based well-being services.
