The Council require to have a managed print service that -:o meets EDC business needs, office locations and work styleso meets sustainability goalso is flexible and can move equipment where necessaryo can increase and decrease equipment due to organisational changes and reduction in printing requirements that have been identified by the Service providers management informationo Provide opportunities to innovate and initiate further reduction in costs for paper and consumable items.o For copy, print and scan to Emailo have fit for purpose equipment across the estate to reflect modern work practices
