Strategic Commissioning Framework – Development Programme

Tender description

NHS are undertaking a Request for Information (RFI) exercise using the SBS Framework (Consultancy and Advisory Services for Health), and wish to engage with suppliers listed on Lot 2: Integrated care, healthcare and community care to understand the opportunities to deliver, with external support, a structured programme of support for leaders and middle managers within ICBs (the “Development Programme”). NHS England are preparing to publish the NHS Strategic Commissioning Framework shortly which will set out the core enablers and activities associated with the four pillars of commissioning. Following publication, we will be co-designing with ICBs and other commissioning entities a range of support to help them build the skills, knowledge, behaviours. The programme will be jointly delivered with NHS England and should consider the opportunities for a blended team approach, working jointly with NHS England national and regional teams and ICB colleagues to maximise the opportunities for successful delivery, shared learning and knowledge transfer.
