Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) is a special health authority within NHS Wales who have a leading role in the education, training, development, and shaping of the healthcare workforce in Wales, whilst supporting high-quality care of the people of Wales.Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) has awarded a contract for digital consultancy services to support the delivery of Phase 1 of its ‘Digital Ecosystem’ project. The project aims to build a Microsoft-based data ecosystem that enhances ESR data quality, automates establishment control, and provides live workforce insights, with potential scalability across NHS Wales.The contract was awarded via a direct award through the Bloom Procurement Services NEPRO3 Framework, ensuring a compliant and efficient procurement route. Nash Thomas Limited was selected due to their specialist digital expertise, proven capability, and ability to mobilise rapidly to meet the tight delivery timeline.
