1.1 A Multi-Disciplinary Design Team is required to design and develop to fit-out a fully compliant vehicle workshop, office and welfare facility at Capital Park, Edinburgh. The multi-disciplinary team are required to produce a work package.1.2 The design team will produce full technical designs and prepare drawings, specifications, prelims and bills of quantities to submit and secure the relevant building warrant approvals and produce a full pack for the works to allow submission for contractor bids via PCS. Allowance to be made to assist with any queries throughout the works tender period and QS services to be included for commercial evaluation of the tender returns with production of full tender report.1.3 Post Contract/Contract Administration and Designer Input and snagging to be included as part of the services.
