Tender description
Following discussions with Procurement Officer, it was agreed that running a full procurement exercise at this point would present a significant risk to the project. Delaying the appointment of a commercial advisor through a formal tender process could have resulted in loss of continuity, delays to the programme and potential cost implications. CJA Consulting have been involved in the Civic Hub project to date and have built up a strong understanding of the project’s context and commercial strategy.
