Tender description

This service is for the cleaning and associated services contract for services across the corporate estate - Tower Hamlets Homes has joined London Borough of Tower Hamlets for this procurement and their requirements and spend are incorporated into this tender. The contract will provide cleaning and related services to the following sites that are owned and /or administered by the council: · Routine Cleaning · Window Cleaning · Washroom services/sanitary/air fresheners · Consumables · Reactive biohazard cleaning · Graffiti removal · Building clearance of waste/furniture · Reactive emergency cleaning/flooding/H&S · Façade and external cleaning The contract supports 94 sites, and these consist of several types of services. · Town Hall · Libraries · Idea Stores · Registrars & Coroners Courts · Childrens Centres · One Stop Shop · Childrens & Vulnerable Adult Centres · Youth Centres · Administration Sites non-public & public facing. · Parks Toilets and Offices. · Community Hubs · Shops and other commercial property Lot 1: The service entails A comprehensive high quality cleaning service throughout a range of sites across the Council. Planning, management and delivery of the cleaning services by causing minimal disruption to the normal business activities.
