This will be a single building containing five new flats. There will be two accessible flats on the ground floor and three flats on the first floor. The proposed location is within the council owned property. The requirement will be procured via mini-competition on the Scotland Excel framework 2121 Lot 1 - New build residential construction - development of 1-16 units - build only.
