National Data Integration capability strategic advisory

Tender description

By 31 January 2026 to deliver a recommended strategic design for the delivery of policing data integration and exploitation capabilities that covers: o Data acquisition and management for policing data o Exploitation covering operational policing purposes; performance management and strategic research and policy development o Local, Regional and National capabilities o Optimising use of current, planned and commercially available products and services o Standard and sensitive data exploitation equities o The impact on existing capabilities and programmes o Alignment to and/or driver of wider police reform o A design for integrating data across the CJS and with the Single Unique Identifier being proposed by the Department for Education. This will be provided to senior HO and policing stakeholders to drive the transformation roadmap in the forthcoming spending review period.
