Mearns Castle High School Extension and Internal Alterations

Tender description

To carry out works including the demolition of an existing block of the school, construction of a new two-storey extension as well as internal alterations and refurbishment of the existing school entrance area, admin offices, toilets and changing areas. The new extension is to include 6 classrooms, toilet facilities, admin offices, a lift and stair cores. The works will be carried out partly during school term time and partly during school holiday breaks. The works will be ongoing next to a live school environment.
