Tender description

The Council seeks to appoint the services of a suitably qualified consultant to develop a RIBA 2 concept design for the restoration of the physical, ecological and community attributes, including daylighting of a section of the Candren Burn, Ferguslie Park, Paisley. Lot 1: Award of Contract following a procurement process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland)Regulations 2015 for an above Government Procurement Agreement(GPA) Threshold Measured Term Contract using the Open procedure (Services) and the Renfrewshire Council Standing Orders Relating to Contracts.
