Tender description
The Trust, in its role as Lead Provider in the Shaped For Me Provider Collaborative is obliged to procure, manage, and matain a clinical information system to allow all partners in the provider collaborative to provide safe and effective care within a robust and effective digital system. The system allows the management and tracking of patietns under the support of the provider collaborative and for clinical information to be provided between organisations to support the goals of the Shaped for Me programme.
