Tender description

The Authority is seeking to appoint a new delivery partner for the continuation of the Phone 'n' Ride Service from 1 October 2026 for period of up to three years. The Authority is keen to consider what other options might be open to it. The purpose of this pre market engagement is to seek views from the market regarding what it considers might be alternative solutions to deliver the Phone 'n' Ride demand responsive transport (DRT) services. The Authority is open to alternative delivery options and isn't committed to the current way or working, providing the desired outcomes continue whilst providing value for money.
