Lift Fabrication Framework

Tender description

The successful bidding organisations on the framework will be required to work with lift modernisations carried out by Durham County Council Lift Section. The type of buildings for example but not limited to include public buildings, schools, police stations, leisure centres and various other council buildings. The Framework does not include any guarantee of any minimum volume of goods and / or services, or any minimum expenditure. Furthermore, appointment under the Framework Agreement does not constitute a commitment by the Council, or any other contracting authority to the exclusive use of the Framework or an individual supplier for such requirements. This Framework/ Contract will be available for use by Durham County Council and the following additional Contracting Authorities, where they have entered into a Procurement Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Durham County Council: - Academy Schools and Multi-Academy Trusts in the North East - Maintained Schools in County Durham - County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service, - Believe Housing - Parish Councils and Town Councils in County Durham ## Contract award
