Habitats Regulation Assessment for the Local BCP Plan

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council is seeking to procure the services of consultants to undertake Habitat Regulations Assessment (HRA) to guide the Council in preparing a suitable development strategy and policies for a new Local Plan for the BCP area. The anticipated start date of the contract is 12 January 2026. The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 6 months. Therefore, if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for 3 years and 6 months.
