The HSE wishes to invite tenders from suitable suppliers to undertake an external evaluation of the SAOR Brief Intervention for Problem Alcohol and Substance Use (2017). The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the efficacy, implementation, and impact of the SAOR Screening and Brief Intervention for Problem Alcohol and Substance Use model across a range of service settings. The study should generate evidence to inform future policy, training, and service delivery relating to early intervention for alcohol and drug use within a range of settings.
