Go ginearálta, is é aidhm an Dioplóma Iarchéime i gCleachtas Gairmiúil (Leibhéal 9, 60 creidiúintí ECTS) i Staidéar Bainistíochta agus Forbartha ná clár acadúil a chur chun cinn agus an t-eolas a fhaightear a chomhtháthú le taithí oibre phraiticiúil. Cuirfear taithí oibre ar fáil do rannpháirtithe an chláir i rannóga éagsúla de chuid Údarás na Gaeltachta agus in ionaid oibre seachtracha i rith thréimhse an chonartha. Here's the English translation: This Postgraduate Diploma will be a key feature of Údarás na Gaeltachta's approach regarding the implementation of its development programme for graduates. Generally, the aim of the Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Practice (Level 9, 60 ECTS credits) in Management and Development Studies is to promote an academic programme and to integrate the knowledge gained with practical work experience. Work experience will be provided to programme participants in various departments of Údarás na Gaeltachta and in external workplaces during the contract period.
