We would like to take the opportunity to do some `soft market testing’ as outlined below, to determine current interest levels in the market. St Helens Borough Council provides a range of adult social care services designed to support vulnerable adults to live independently and safely in their communities. The Community Participation, Independent Living and Community Support Services oversee the delivery and coordination of services for adults who require support due to age, disability, or health conditions.
