Tender description
The works relate to the proposed internal reconfiguration (208m2) of an existing building containing the Pathology Laboratory at Ennis General Hospital. The existing building is a protected structure. The works also include external conservation repair works, thermal upgrades to the building fabric and a new external plant enclosure centrally located at roof level to be accessed by altering and extending the existing external stairs with an additional stair flight.
