Mae gan y comisiwn hwn y nodau aganlyn:• Newid strategaeth gyffredinol Yr HenStablau i flaenoriaethu enillionmasnachol.• Gwella profiad darpar ymwelwyr achwsmeriaid a defnyddwyr a’r rhaipresennol hefyd sy’n defnyddioCanolfan Groeso Betws y Coed.• Gwella amgylchedd adeiledig yganolfan a chyfrannu’n gadarnhaolat amgylchedd adeiledig Betwsy-Coed, gan leihau annibendoda sicrhau cydbwysedd da rhwngcyfleoedd masnachol a sensitifrwyddcymharol lleoliad yr adeilad, o fewncyrchfan ymwelwyr allweddol yn ParcCenedlaethol Eryri ac o fewn tafliadcarreg i ardal gadwraeth Betws yCoed.This commission has the following aims:• To change the overall strategy of YrHen Stablau to prioritise acommercial return.• To improve the visitor experience ofexisting and potential customers andusers of the Betws y Coed visitorcentre.• To improve the built environment ofthe centre and contribute positivelyto the built environment of Betws-y-Coed, reducing clutter and ensuringthat a good balance is struckbetween commercial opportunitiesand the relative sensitivity of thebuilding location, within a key visitordestination in the Eryri National Parkand within a stone’s throw of theBetws y Coed conservation area.
