Tender description

1) MEP Design 2) MEP install • New Air Handling Unit within plant room including supply and extract ductwork to internal and external (including any modifications to existing louvres), CHW, LTHW and drainage connections. • New or modified supply and extract ductwork, all ductwork ancillaries, plant and insulation. Temporary capping to be provided where required for phasing purposes. • New or modified CHW/LTHW and drainage pipework and insulation. (including design of any associated anchors and expansion devices. • New fan coil units (FCU), condensate pumps and associated condensate drainage. • Reinstallation of any retained FCUs, in Office 1, these FCUs are to be removed in another scope and will be provided to the Subcontractor by the Contractor. The Subcontractor shall allow for recertifying the existing FCUs prior to installation. • Modifications to the smoke extract system, including dampers. • Install the primary Unistrut grid within the retail units • All new or modified containment routes • Small power • Lighting and emergency lighting, including modifications to the lighting power track • Modifications to the modular wiring system
