Tender description

Pembrokeshire County Council wishes to appoint Contractors to a Framework Agreement to facilitate the provision of works required for the delivery of the maintenance, repair and improvement of all its properties over a four year period.The works relate to the Authority's housing stock and corporate buildings, which are located throughout the County of Pembrokeshire.The majority of the work will be carried out on domestic properties, with occasional minor work carried out on corporate buildings.The housing stock currently stands at 5864 properties.Framework Duration: 4 years.The LOT structure will be:Lot 1a - Responsive Works - GeneralLot 1b - Responsive Works - Mechanical/Plumbing RepairsLot 1c - Responsive Works - Electrical RepairsLot 2a - Tenancy Changes and Void RefurbishmentsLot 2b - Painting and DecoratingLot 2c - Carpet FittingLot 3 - Works Value up to £25,000.00Lot 4 - Works from £25,000.00 - £500,000.00Lot 5a - Roofing - DomesticLot 5b - Roofing - Non DomesticLot 6 - Disabled Adaptations to Domestic PropertiesLot 7 - Windows/DoorsLot 8a - Planned Electrical Works - CommercialLot 8b - Planned Electrical Works - DomesticLot 9 - Planned Works £500,000.00 - £3,000,000.00For further information, please see:- Find a Tender Service Notice: 2025/S 000-065738 for further details.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
