Tender description

The Government of Jersey, on behalf of the Law Officers’ Department, is seeking to procure a modern, secure Practice Management System to replace its incumbent end-of-life solution. The purpose of this procurement is to establish a resilient, Software as a Service (SaaS) platform to support the end-to-end management of legal matters, documentation, workflows, reporting, and governance. The successful supplier will be required to deliver, implement, and support a compliant and scalable solution that meets the operational, security, and information governance requirements of the Law Officers’ Department and ensures continuity of service and improved efficiency over the contract term.
