The Department of Finance is seeking to engage the market in relation to the promotion of Give As You Earn schemes and the distribution of donations to charities prior to commencing the procurement exercise. This exercise will be used to assist us in gaining a better understanding of the feasibility of the requirements, the most appropriate procurement and operational approach, the capacity of the market to deliver the requirements and an opportunity for the market to highlight any possible risks or issues that may not have previously been considered.
