Direct Award for the continuation of our current Digital Care Planning incl. EMAR solution. Lot 1: The implementation of Digital Care Planning software has significantly reduced the administrative burden on care staff, allowing more time to be dedicated to direct care delivery. By digitising key processes such as risk assessments, task management, medication administration records (eMAR), observations, and care notes—the system minimises errors, supports regulatory compliance, and enables robust quality assurance through comprehensive audit trails. In October 2021, the council introduced a Digital Care Planning solution, including eMAR, across several of its care homes. Following its successful adoption and positive impact on care delivery, the decision was made to renew the contract to ensure continued benefits..
