Tender description

The overall aim of the Market Management & Enforcement Software Project is to rapidly deploy additional functionality to the Liberator system implemented over the last four years and to maintain use of the current system with no down time. The project objective is to deliver new and improved system functionality for both the Markets Services department the THEO team and Environmental Enforcement, allowing for a closer alignment to ‘best practice’ configuration, to better support end users of the system.
