City of York Council Childcare Expansion Capital Grant

Tender description

City of York Council wishes to award a grant/s for capital works to support the creation of additional early years / wraparound places to support the increasing demand on places arising from the roll out of the early years entitlements and national wraparound programme. Funding must be spent on costs associated with projects that help ensure sufficient places for children aged 0 - 3 years in CYC priority wards or where there is an identified need for additional wraparound places inc. where a wraparound provider has received wraparound revenue funding to support the expansion of places. The proposed project must create additional early years entitlement places / wraparound places and must be inclusive for children with SEND.
