Call for tenders for the provision of a Contract Lifecycle Management Solution to the Rehab Group

Tender description

The Contracting Authority is inviting tenders from providers capable of supplying, installing, customising, integrating, maintaining, upgrading, and supporting a secure, scalable, and future-ready Contract Lifecycle Management Solution for the Rehab Group. Rehab Group manages service contracts across RehabCare and the National Learning Network (NLN). These include more than 30 Education and Training Board (ETB) contracts, HSE Service Arrangements, Individual Placement and Support (IPS) agreements, and various tenders issued by Government Departments. Contracts also manage Contracted Training (ETB) (subcontracted training option) and the ESS services. The contracting authority also manages contracts for goods and services procured under the public procurement process. The Contracts Team would need full autonomy and access to the system to ensure full oversight and control of the process.
