Warwickshire County Council's County Highways Service is responsible for the strategic planning, management, and maintenance of the county's highway network. This encompasses a wide range of functions including asset management, network coordination, inspections, customer engagement, and statutory compliance. These activities are supported by a suite of digital solutions that enable efficient operations, data-driven decision-making, and continuous service improvement. As part of our ongoing service transformation, we are seeking a Highways Management Information Suite of Solutions (HMIS) that will modernise and streamline how County Highways operates. The aim is to deliver timely, efficient, and legally compliant processes that support strategic decision-making and contribute to the Council's broader organisational objectives.
