Sequencing services. Lot 1: The University of Edinburgh requires sequencing services for an ongoing project. Data from earlier samples will be integrated with the next batch of samples to be sequenced as part of this procurement. To maintain the integrity and congruency of the project, it is essential to use the same supplier for continuity. Awarding the contract to a new supplier could introduce risks such as batch errors or data misalignment, which would undermine the research's reproducibility. Therefore, to avoid these potential issues and ensure the quality and reliability of the data, the contract will be awarded directly to Source Bioscience.
