Project Title: Supply, Build and installation of a standalone Modular Unit – Quinns Cross, Limerick Contracting Authority: Enable Ireland (on behalf of the commissioning body) Purpose of this Consultation: Enable Ireland is seeking information from the market regarding the potential supply, construction, and installation of a standalone modular unit at Quinns Cross, Limerick. This unit must comply with all relevant Irish planning regulations, and final planning compliance will be signed off by an architect appointed by Enable Ireland. This PMC is a non-binding process intended to: • Understand market capabilities and innovations • Inform the development of a potential procurement strategy • Ensure planning compliance and feasibility ________________________________________ Scope of the Modular Unit: • Location: Quinns Cross, Limerick • Purpose: To serve as a functional space for our Adult Day Services facility. • Size: Approx. 40m² (subject to planning exemptions and local authority guidance) • Planning Compliance: Must meet Limerick City and County Council regulations. Final BCAR approval will be overseen by an Enable Ireland-appointed architect. • Utilities: Must include provisions for electricity. • Accessibility: Must comply with Irish building regulations for accessibility ________________________________________ Information Requested from Respondents: 1.
