Primary Care Services (including Substance Misuse) and Mental Health Services (including Learning Disabilities and Autism) for South Yorkshire Adult Male Prisons within His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) for NHS England Yorkshire & Humber Health and Justice team (the Relevant Authority). North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a care system support organisation hosted by NHS England and is managing this competition process for and on behalf of NHS England Yorkshire & Humber Health and Justice team (the Relevant Authority) Provider response Reference Number: NHSE942. The Competition is NOT divided into Lots. Period of contract: 7 Months and 5 Years with effect from 1st September 2026 with an option to extend for an additional period of 36 months at the discretion of the Relevant Authority and subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance. The closing date and time for provider clarification questions is the 7th November 2025. The closing date and time for return of provider response submission: 12 noon on 21st November 2025 and variant provider responses will not be accepted. It is important to note that any late provider response will not be accepted.
