Tender description

Havant Borough Council (the council) has awarded an NEC4 Engineering Construction Short Contract (ECSC) via further competition between the Lot 1 contractors on the Portsmouth City Council and Coastal Partners Minor Works Framework Agreement. The contractor will undertake repairs to the seawall which includes repairing and rebuilding the damaged section of masonry sea wall with new brickwork.
