Tender description

Supply of fireworks, managing H&S, team of crew to set up, fire and dismantle display. This contract is an exemption to the HBC Contract Procedure Rules and is a one-off procurement for an event to be held on 1st November 2025. Reaction Fireworks are a specialist firework company who have the knowledge, expertise in delivering, handling and firing of the fireworks. There is no one within the authority with this skill set. Reaction Fireworks have delivered on this annual requirement previously and understand the wider event dynamics, challenging launch location. Reaction provide professional service for this event and their operators are experienced and very supportive while on event site.
