Energy Performance Assessments Framework 2026-28

Tender description

The Contracting Authority wishes to appoint one sole provider to deliver the Framework. In accordance with The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) 2012 Regulations and Amendment 2018, the Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires energy assessments and compliance certificates for residential properties within the Vale of Glamorgan area (“the Services”). The Services are initially needed on approximately 360 residential properties. The Council requires a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (“the Supplier”) to complete these initial Services by the end of February 2028. Bidders should note, there are additional EPC Assessments required as a result of retrofit works being completed throughout the duration of this Framework
