Over the course of the year, NHS Fife anticipates it will require 38,000 Booklets (PATIENT CARE ASSESSMENT AND ADMISSION RECORD) to be delivered across various sites within NHS Fife. FY24/25 data shows: Cameron Hospital- 1 pack. St Andrews Hospital-3 packs/ 3 orders, VHK 389 packs/ 129 orders.Requirement:Print and secure storage of 38,000 bookletsPackaged into boxes of 100 (no other sizes will be considered)Material: Offset 90gsmPrinting: Printed Full Colour throughoutFinishing: Fold, gather, double wire stitch, drill 2 holes at LHS and trim to size.Quotes: Box price (100) should include print, packaging, storage and delivery.(Any overall prices given will be divided by 38,000 and multiplied by 100 to find the box price- required for our system)
