Tender description

The Avaya contract is ending in December 2025. There are currently several teams using Avaya so Delt will investigate the move of selected teams and if possible migrate them to MS teams as part of the discovery piece. These teams have been engaged with by PCC and are of the understanding that MS Teams can provide a like for like customer experience in terms of queue management, real-time queue monitoring and historical reporting will likely be provided using the Microsoft Queues App and automatic call recording will need to be provided by way of a third-party call recorder.
