Tender description

There is a requirement from Plymouth City Council to prepare the Electoral Services team for the Referendum, which will take place on July 17th 2025. Throughout the Election Planning activities (from June till 17th July), a Service Delivery Manager will be provided. The SDM will act as the single point of contact for all Election IT activities and issues and attend all relevant planning meetings. This Proposal covers the following activities and deliverables. • Movement of IT equipment to the Council House, and testing with the Elections team before use. • Planning and Provision of Election Day IT requirements at the Life Centre, including support throughout Election Day. • Testing of the Life Centre IT provision, with the Elections team • Delt Support for Electoral Services ICT requirements, and attendance at relevant planning meetings. • Updates to the Telephony system (messages, change of hours)
