Soft Market Testing in relation to Short Breaks for Adults with Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and/or Autism. Wirral Council has issued this Soft Market Testing (SMT) to raise awareness of a forthcoming contract opportunity for the delivery of a Short Breaks Service for adults with disabilities, learning disabilities and/or autism and to give interested parties the option to participate in a Soft Market Testing (SMT) exercise. This exercise aims to provide the Council with the market providers’ views on its proposed approach and to help shape the procurement documents and service design that appeal to current markets and offer value for money solutions. Participants are requested to answer a series of questions contained in Appendix 1 of the attached information pack.
