Tender description

Rochdale were awarded funding in January 2024 from Innovate UK to run a 12 month Local Industrial Decarbonisation Project (LIDP) at Stakehill Industrial Estate. The project, managed by Rochdale Development Agency (RDA), was a partnership of Rochdale Council, SSE, Energy Innovation Agency, University of Manchester and Stakehill BID. The aim of the project was to develop an estate-wide industrial decarbonisation plan, along with targeted support for the businesses to help them lower their energy consumption.
