Tender description

An initial feasibility study and draft project specification that will form the main parts of a bid for CIL funding in January 2023. Dependant on the success of the CIL bid the second phase of the project covering RIBA stage 2-7 will include the submission of required planning permission, completion of assumed conditions and detailed design with the type of works contract to be confirmed. The role will be as principal designer of the project.
